1. Service Description

LeadBoard CRM is a real estate lead management and communication platform that provides email integration, lead tracking, automation, and team management tools.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for all data added to the system
• Users must not use the system for spam or illegal activities
• Email accounts must be legally owned by the user or company

3. Email Integration

Users may connect email accounts via SMTP or OAuth (Google/Microsoft). We are not responsible for external email provider failures.

4. Lead Data Ownership

All lead data belongs to the company that created it. The system only processes and organizes this data.

5. Automation & Usage

Automation tools such as follow-ups and reminders are provided to improve workflow. Any misuse of automation is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Updates to Terms

These terms may change at any time. Continued use of the system means acceptance of updates.
