This application ("Leadboard CRM") is a real estate CRM and lead management platform used by real estate companies and agents to manage leads, email communication, follow-ups, and team collaboration.

• Email messages for inbox/sent synchronization
• Lead and customer data entered by users

• To enable team collaboration and lead assignment

3. Email Data Usage

Email data is used only for CRM functionality such as inbox sync, lead tracking, and communication history. We do not sell email content.

All sensitive data including passwords and OAuth tokens are encrypted using Laravel encryption standards.

6. Data Ownership

All leads, emails, and CRM data belong to the respective company/user who created them.
